I think the purchase is solid (as long as we can reduce costs and turn a Net Profit where TXMD didn't even get close), but think that perhaps HALLOETTE is the product that should be off loaded. We paid Mithra $6m USD + another $1.6m USD on launch, but have what Reddit feedback (from users) suggests is a superior product.
Can we sell this? Is there any value? Or is it just another write-off in the wings?
