I think there may be a possibility that MYX picks up something through the Mithra demise (as a minor bolt on of product).
I do not recollect who purchased all their asets, but think it's possible that that identity may want to sell off part of their purchases. It was possibly in Mithra's best inteest to off load their assets in one swoop, rather than protracted deals with a number of parties.
