I watched the presentation and chat. The directors discuss so little its unbelieveable. They dont discuss the nitty gritty and speak in generalities. They even appear they cannot get off the stage quick enough. They talk above the level of any actual details and realities. Why dont they tell us how the sales people are being directed, what they are considering when they make decisions about marketing, what is working and what isn't. Its not all secret. They havent thought of a magic solution that nobody else has thought of. If they did have the sales would be booming. Actually they may be doing something different because the sales are not booming. They appear to be scared stiff to say much because he will be held to account, when we are not just after predictions. We want to know enough to have the confidence they are considering various things in a certain way. It can be done without giving away trade secrets etc. They hide behind that. You wouldnt know anything more now even though he has spoken 3 times. He is still vague.
