MYX board are definitely going in the right direction. They are looking out for new product BUT not being desperate and paying any price. You need to be a salesperson and I think many directors are not. You look at opportunities, get to know the issues, convince the person you want to deal with they dont have options with others that are any good, walk away for a while, demonstrate you would both be long term partners and very good for each other.
