I am more inclined to think they are on the register to vote yes and force Cosette hand to cough up the dough$$$. Instos are purely $$$ driven no emotion, no loyalty it's all business.
Based on precedence, I don't think our purchaser has an option to walk on a successful Yes vote and that may be the pure attraction for our new comers who have done an incredible job of pillaging current shareholders. One thing i have learnt is smart money always gets in on registers at deep discounts.
