The best and cheapest outcome for Cosette now if they legitimately want to walk away is to hope that enough shareholders vote No. This will be the best way for the scheme to fail and allow them to walk at no risk of litigation.
I think they have played this horribly wrong. Why not encourage many holders to come on board and note no, there would have been a big support if a no Vote if price had not been murdered by the market makers.
I believe a large number of shareholders who were going to vote no now will vote yes despite the potential litigation issues that will possibly occur if they continue to decide to walk on a Yes outcome.
