I think they know this is the ideal way out for them if they truly want out , the last thing them or us is litigation clearly that could go either way plus nether Cosette or us would WANT to go down that path for obvious reasons . Could be a no vote exactly what Cosette banking on and pretty sure their financial backers will be doing their level best to ensure a no vote too and avoid costly litigation when nobody knows what the outcome will be .
