Flyer I wouldn’t place too much emphasis on the
price they got for metrics. 15x is the very lowest
for CDMO pharmaceuticals. Even 18 months ago
on this forum there were comments the rest of Mayne
must be negative $250m etc . This after some brokers
valued Metrics at 48-55 cents per share..Those are
considerably more than they got. Because of our
ASX share price management was praised for the
deal of the century. Generally 15x —25x. So no big deal.
To compare our TMD deal with Metrics is Apples
and Oranges. Metrics isn’t a one trick pony. ( assuming
a grouping of the products as one ) before all the
clever geniuses comment. I mean what company
