If they are good products, chosen by the NEW BOARD, you are nuts to criticise. What do you think they were going to do with the money - leave it in the bank and look at it. It will improve the profitability of the womens health team but selling more product for no additional expense. This is Maynes thing - putting more for their speciality sales teams to promote. Seems very positive to me.
