rAs to the value creation... this deal is a life saver for TherapeuticsMD, helping them to eliminate all debt, giving them ongoing loyalty and milestone payment and boosted their share price by 30%. but not sure for Mayne shareholders so far.
The products maybe ok but it's obviously not big sellers, the numbers can be searched from the reports available to public.
I agree it's too early to deny this drugs but such a rushed deal is questionable, market already responded with a 20 cents sp.
Have more Metrics proceeding to return to shareholders, Share buy backs... there are at least a few other "conservatives" options except this quick, un-proven deal with TherapeuticsMD.
