The last buy back statement said about 3.5M shares had been bought so far and the finish date for the first 10% ends on the 24/5/2024. The next 5% ends in November. So we are obviously not going to buy back anywhere the 4.5M remaining, but they don't have to: the announcement stated up to 10% of the issued capital.
I believe that we will get a trading update very soon. This management unlike the previous management has given a quarterly update every quarter since the new CEO started and I think they are committed to this frequency in communication.
On another observation about the Mithra statement, they're re drafting their Annual Report as a "company in discontinuity" as opposed to an ongoing concern, that together with the trading halt may indicate that they are about to fold.
