my apologies sorry for being rude. Perhaps a bit of frustration seeing my 70% profit disappear!

With regard to plant construction this would be the 3rd plant MZI have built. I would imagine they would have good relationships with construction company and good idea of design specifications required.

i would hope/think based on their prior experience the building of the plant will be fairly low risk re budget and time lines.
