probably not much.
2million as at 31 sept according to their agm announcement.
the problem they have is that they are unlikely to convert $5million in options by 31dec this year.
drilling is one way. this court stuff maybe another way to get share price above 2c.
however, it could backfire.
if no one cashes their options and 2 court cases, thats expensive.
maybe ROX will give them a settlement for damages.
that will get their heads above water.
maybe then the will pursue KDR if the court says that maybe they have a case.
either way, i would not want to do business with them after this.
