Perhaps after 30th of Sep because I still believe there are going to be some pleasantly surprising "events" leading up to 30th Sep including a new major partner likely to take over part or whole of KDR.

Even if the JV with SQM is still going ahead, I strongly believe the details of the final agreement will be significantly better than current offer by SQM. "Negotiation to the final definitive agreement" is ongoing.
