Back on 13th April when KDR first revealed that it had become aware of the Li potential at Mt Holland it stated that it had
"received strong interest recently from both local and offshore companies in respect to the lithium and tantalum rights at the Mt Holland gold project in WA."
It added that "in light of the strong interest expressed in the lithium rights at Mt Holland, Kidman has commenced a technical review on this potential, which is clearly very significant."
Further on it said "Once the technical team has advanced their knowledge on the Li-Ta potential of the Mt Holland project, the board and management will then consider the best way forward with a strong focus on generating the best return for Kidman shareholders"
I'm guessing (and that's all it is, a guess) that one of those approaches was from MZN, by email, along the lines of today's announcement from MZN. KDR may have sent a polite reply to that email but I would be astonished if the reply was more than that, but maybe it was badly worded and open to interpretation
Cheers
