All I see here is a opportunistic ruse.
If MZN indeed had a Heads of Agreement they would of announced it at the time. Not 6 months later!
Having had numerous dealing with lawyers in my lifetime, if you ask them if they think you have a case they will 9 times out of 10 say "yes". They'll then charge you $600 per hour plus extras to take as much money from you as possible.
Looks to me like MZN just got sucked in by their lawyers to pay for their retirement. They are also taking RXL to the courts.
Having held MZN in the past I'm extremely disappointed with management, you are a mining company get back to mining and stop lining lawyers pockets!!!
