    So does this report mean they are going to dilute the stock more with another huge stock sale? And at a discount?

    My prediction, yes.

    I think that when the annual report comes out, it will show that they are still burning much more cash than they are making to sustain expenses with cash flow. So...

    Is there any end in sight to the dilution of this stock through public market floatations????
