IAG buying their sleep easy reinsurance is a sign that the significant rate increases pushed through year on year on year are starting to drive increased margin. They are then using this increased margin to buy the extra reinsurance to lock in consistent results over the next few years. This is a good sign for QBE for the significant portion of their business that is Australian domiciled.
