I'm not offended. I had multiple holdings. I'm frastrated that they take your 30k to allocate 10%. While big shareholders get their full entitlement. I could have used the 27k to buy on market at $16. Now multiple my problem by 2 or 3 "small" holdings and they got 75+k of my money.
