Honestly - the ASX vultures have already been and gone with this corpse of an investment.
This company is running off the scent of an oily rag. 'On the cusp of dominating the industry'.. it's scary to me, with all of the history of the company and others present in the industry, that one could think this.
Why wouldn't NAB postpone? Well if they didn't, Cann is insolvent and hello liquidator, asset firesale and no return. By postponing, they are praying more investors dump money in to prop up more loan repayments. Nothing to do with confidence or consideration of Cann 'dominating'.
