To say it's 'fair enough' that an MD profits at the expense of SH is an insult to all your fellow holders..anyway let's see what the independent valuation turns up...i get the feeling this suspension could go on for longer than you think, I can tell by the way you talk that you have minimal experience and even less idea of what you're doing...the deal stinks and if you can't see that I'll guess that you're a related party.
