correct EG .. tape measure is still a way of assessing lymp as per NCCN if BIS is not available..
my take is as we progress over time tape measure will become not a recommended method.. love that to be right now but medical world as we know is "slower" to change thinking than you would think ... the speed of SOZO assessment ( as well as accuracy and everything else ) will stop tape measure at some point.. my take..
to me the big difference in the NCCN to NABPC is NABPC need to see a regulated LPP program ( NCCN is a "guideline" as we know for detection and monitoring ) and that will be audited for compliance.. that will "force" centres to have a LPP .. and then .. SOZO is the eventual no brainer to run those as efficiently and profitably as possible..
