Who said they will never ever raise? Even the big banks, despite their $billions of profits, raise from time to time to comply with regulations or to takeover another bank.
If a CR is done despite CF+ to extend and grow the business then it will be well supported as the company demonstrated previously it can manage funds responsibly. If it's done just to keep it afloat as the company can't get their products / services sold to break even then a CR won't save it LT - Steini will sell out of course.
But we are expecting an indication towards CF+ and not a step back. Management said they want to reduce / close the gap before calling a CR. Time will tell. CR fears send the sp from 7c to 4.3c, now back to mid 6c and no CR announced yet and maybe not for some time.
Sell first, think later. Well done 4c range sellers, "very smart". 4c range buyers will thank you for that. At least I do.
