the EPC contract was awarded less than a week ago... i would say that EPC contracts would have taken 9-12 months...its not an easy process seeking global companies prepare to take the risk... that contract could possibly be now used by 3rd party financiers. We are not privileged to any other potential financiers that have been waiting for this EPC contract.
the global economy are chasing returns, there would be many firms/funds out there looking for projects like this, the question is the reward worth
the risk.
