MNS' market cap is ~57m and 20% of $277m is $55m....show me one other example of a mining company with no cash raising the same amount as it's market cap.

I'm not sure what cool-aid people are drinking (or perhaps something stronger given it's the holiday season), but MNS has struggled for a decade to raise 1/5 of that amount (which it needs each year to pay salaries and consultants) so to easily raise $55m would be a miracle unless they sold something (and realistically, Nachu is their only asset, and the market is indicating it's at most worth 57m)
