people can down ramp all they like, however all MNS needs like most other spec is $$$$$$.. The number's dont lie and there is enough meet on the bone for an investor to jump in and the SP to return to its glory days!
I agree, there is very little faith in MNS and the sector as a hole. EPC contract was needed to move forward, lets hope funding negotiations have already started and this EPC contract was the missing piece... All this needs is a deal to land on the table and it will turn, BUT until than whp know where the SP drifts to.
