Immediate cost cutting should be a given. If the NY battery kit is truly worth $50 million on the open market (it's hard to see that being the case but I'll leave that), Magnis should sell it immediately which will put them in a great financial position and light a rocket under the SP. Then work on Nachu financing in a strong financial position with a higher SP so they can potentially raise the 20% equity required.

The alternative is death by a monthly million cuts (imo)
