Your making a lot of assumptions in these statements with regards to dilution.
(i.e. that there will be no further announcements / progress announced that would increase the share price for the next 6 months).
On face value, without further progress / announcements your statement is correct... I guess it depends on if you think there will be no further progress on any fronts for 6 months as you have alluded to.
