    iMO the best way to change the sentiment of this company is to replace the Chairman. Plain and simple. Maybe Marc Vogs is an easy replacement. Frank can then focus on building us a new website however, I just hope the new Chairman gets 3 quotes before paying $300k* a year for IT services.
