    Just reviewed a spreadsheet analysis of the nine best lithium projects currently in different stages of feasibility. The best project, Neo Lithium, has an AT IRR of 39.5%. The next is Cypress Development at 33.6%, then Lithium Americas 29.3%.

    A graphite project with a 51% AT IRR is outstanding!
