They chopped up $370 mil of shareholders funds with minimal revenues, it was all happening next year for 10 years, but it never happened, then when they were properly cooked they arranged a loan from 2 shareholders/angel investors with a clause that if there was a recap then the measly $10 mil loan would convert to equity at 4 cps. Lo and behold the next day.......
