Could I politely suggest that, in fact, you have simply missed the point? Yes, there are, indeed, two deals requiring MNS to deliver 180K tonnes per year of graphite. But there does not appear to be any commitment whatsoever for the buyers to pay any specific price! It's all at "market price" at the time of delivery, whatever that means in an opaque market like that for graphite. Sounds like something less than the greatest business arrangement ever struck.
Were you in charge of the negotiations? If so, they saw you coming.
