    Lol, got a MOU. firstly a MOU is not worth the paper its printed on, then they "will" need finance, and I mean BIG BUCKS in that country, then if we have MNS involved in it, you know it will be a "fail", as yet they from day one, they have never pulled off one thing they said they was going to do.
