I am optimistic of a rerate but i still think $1 is a year or so away. I have spent time conversing with Richard Court and he is a person than has an authorative air about him and i believe he has the ability to get the necessary approvals through discussion . I agree with your post but do wonder how many shares will be issued to complete the finance requirement. We could end up with 1 bil shares on issue yet. Hopefully that won't be the case with debt finance in its place. The projected cashflow doesn't really allow for massive dividends until the debt is repaid,then we will be clean sailing. Something to leave the kids.
