In the Corporate Presentation dated 26 November 2020 BCI stated this regarding the pipeline issue:
“Collaborative discussions with gas pipeline owners;
Mardie design will avoid construction and operating risk to pipeline easement area”
So we should assume non confrontational and early resolution by agreement between the parties.
Although the market’s not saying this we may get a surprise before Christmas.
