Great outcome, of course I'm happy, but still short on details. What does "up to $160M" mean, what is the split or specifics conditions for any split between components in the $160M?

Looks to me like the Minister hasn't signed off as Bridge St said yesterday but that sitting on this news for another 2 months had become untenable. This release hasn't make clear timing on when 'NAIF approved' and I'm not surprised. It was already untenable if insiders and so many degrees of separation was sitting on this info since Mar or whenever. $160M is a 78% jump from the previous facility... $70m is no trifling uplift.
