Mitsubishi moves more even before the loan extension- which was quick- was confirmed-

clearly government want this sort of alternative

The delay is upsetting but thought maybe a smack down to22 was in order , not oblivion smackdown which presented opportunity

See how it goes but worth 22 imo hopefully in a few months- ea still there but not the only prospective offtaker in the market imv
