I always knew he was a major holder since Goldphyre expanded their tenement holdings.
When he relinquished the rights to SOP in April 2016 he became a substantial holder with 29,080,772 shares (19.9%).
As of 22 Sept 2019 (Annual report) he held 32,344,352 shares (9.05%).
That isn't supporting the company with cash to the extent shown by the other guys I named or by board members at SO4. He doesn't need to risk his capital. If APC goes belly up (and I'm not suggesting it will) he still has rights to the gold if any exists.
Bottom line, he never made a major strategic investment in APC.
