Hard to tell at this point, but the reason that this could fly.
1. The very small amount of shares (especially if they get both projects commenced with little or no more dilution)
2. The aassets at butcherbird and Louisiana(once completed)
3. The unique model of being a critical mineral provider in the West
4. If the business plans are at least close to actual results
5. If Japan / Europe gets a plant (as this means e25 might not even need to sell manganese externally
the asset value and profit would easily have this as a billion dollar company.
still potential if they deliver, my call $10 a share
