Correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't think it matyers if the price is high or low. If the price is low and someone dumps $x value of shares that will impact the overall price. If the price per share is high and someone dumps the same $x value of shares, the overall impact of that transaction will be the same. In the case of this stock, hopefully the shares will be quickly gobbled up as a dip in the overall price trend.
