You'd be crazy not to. It's all about adding value and cash flow. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money. That's generally how it works.
Don't forget we have a minority partner in this who needs to contribute, then add some Gov funding etc, and it's a no brainer. The sooner the better, as things will only get more expensive the longer we wait, and being first to market should always be a priority.
