AGM is a public forum but l believe anyone attending will be as a voting audience only....agenda items will not be presented for debate...only for voting....AGM is a Reglatory public forum to vote on agenda items already discussed and debated at length in boardroom meetings....we are 'paying' management to make decisions and present agenda items for 'voting' ....the 'vote' has already been 'decided' before AGM in most cases as the board members hold majority of the votes anyway....go and see....AGM is not a long meeting...we are the small investors hanging onto their shirt-tails and trust they know what is best for the Co.....of which they have more to gain, due to share holding, so they are generally savvy if board is creditable which l believe VRC's is or l wouldnt be an investor.
