That came out of left field: WOW! The project now clearly demonstrates its commercial viability - world class product that can be used for all downstream applications, verification from prospective clients and an independent lab!! That translates, IMHO, one step closer to securing more MOUs or binding deals in the not too distant future.

Using the criteria for graphite juniors to succeed, from the AFR in the last couple of days, it stated:

“Not all graphite is the same,” adding: “Niche coarse flake, high purity products that have good expandability or spherical attributes, should find a market.”

“Offtake is key. Exploration is easy, development is relatively easy as it is not complex processing to concentrate. But funding and offtake will sort the men from the boys.”

VRC has the product, MOUs and strong indications of securing more + converting these to binding, plus highly connected financial advisers lined up to secure funding when that lever needs to be pulled. The final part of the equation at this point in time is the PFS being released.
