I think anticipation of this information was already factored into the current SP (given recent gains on no ANNs). The market didn't really respond to the ANN on the 13th either, for similar reasons I suspect.
So far the market is unresponsive. But it's early, and if I have to choose, I prefer you were right instead of me.
