Not only does reading between the lines tells you there appears to have been little progress....but reading the actual lines you have highlighted tells you it is re-hatched commentary from last years announcement......so it actually appears that very little progress on the funding front may have been made since the data room was opened in early 2019 (wait that's a year ago)….but wait I guess I must be wrong in reading the actual words.
