What it tells me is that there is a T.O bid coming, CDV management have either got wind of it, or are taking the precaution that they can provide an alternate path to production in the case that the T.O significantly undervalues our company..
They could announce a t.o proposal for 500 million and you would say.... this is bad.... this is very very bad..
