If the nearby deposit can feed in high grade ore and increase the head grade to 1.7 g/t (ie. an increase of 0.3 g/t) for just one year, the increase is -
9.5 Mt x 0.3 g/t/31.1 g/oz x $1550/t = $142M before tax. (effectively $142M AUD). Market Cap now $188M AUD. But to get this they will need to find 4.5 Mt at 2 g/t. You don't just find one massive deposit isolated by itself. I am sure they are drilling this prospect up as it really speeds up the payback period.
