    So as an existing shareholder I have not yet received any official notification that Arrium has been wound up as an ASX listed company, hence it cannot be written off as a capital loss.

    Isn't KM obliged to mail out official correspondence to each shareholder that Arrium no longer exists any shares are effectively worth zero?
