Motor Trade Finances Limited advises that effective 24 February 2016 the name
of the company will change to Motor Trade Finance Limited.

The name change is for administrative purposes only, and will avoid common
errors by third parties. The rights and obligations of the Company will not
be affected or altered by the name change.  Shareholders approved the change
of name at the annual meeting of shareholders on 18 February 2016.
