The Adroit Materials portfolio encompasses epitaxial growth, doping, strain management, and contact control that can be leveraged by our clients for superior electronic and optoelectronic device performance. We are able to offer our customers access to the full AlGaN alloy composition range from AlN to GaN to within ±1% of the desired composition. With best in class dislocation densities films grown on native substrates, we are also able to provide conductive templates with free carrier concentrations suitable for a variety of applications.
